Chardonnay

golden-green colour of grass kissed by the sun.
AROMA
Reminds of citrus fruits.
TASTE
It has a subtle citrus nose; rich, rounded palate and deep, outstanding length. Some of the Chardonnay ages in oak barrels to achieve the golden colour, smooth sweet tannins, good acid and oak balance.
BEST WITH
Seafood, poultry, light flavoured cheese, snails. Serve chilled to 10-14 C’.

Pinot Noir

COLOUR
Intensive light red colour
AROMA
Full of black and red fruit aromas.
TASTE
The fresh taste takes over the soft flavour because of the north character of the wine, but there is no doubt about its charm.
BEST WITH
Meat, grilled fish, red meat, poultry, cheese. Serve chilled to 14-16 C’.




Cabernet Sauvignon

COLOUR
bright red
AROMA
Distinctive black currant, cherry and blackberry fruit aromas.
TASTE
Displays long-lasting softness and integrity. Wonderful wine with premium quality. 
BEST WITH
Red meat, lamb, beef, grilled meat, blue cheese. Serve chilled to 15-17 C’.




Merlot

alc. 12,5%
COLOUR
ruby-coloured
AROMA
raspberry and cherry aromas
TASTE
The palate shows integrity, balanced with a smooth tannin finish. An easy drinking wine for all occasions.
BEST WITH
Red meat, lamb, beef, grilled meat, blue cheese. Serve chilled to 15-17 C’.
